Dr. Maria Dizon is a Neonatologist and an Associate Professor of Pediatrics/Neonatology from Lurie Children’s Hospital and Northwestern University. She is here to discuss the HIE Focus Group’s recent query into the state and functions of follow-up programs at hospitals participating in CHNC.
