CHNC CIQI Fellowship
Supporting the strategic goal to expand improvement knowledge. CHNC Launched the inaugural CIQI Fellowship in 2022. The foundation of the fellowship is ongoing, hands-on, experiential training in a multi-center quality improvement collaborative. The fellow will participate in leading the collaborative, with oversight and coaching from the CHNC CIQI Program Manager and CIQI Leadership. The Graduating CHCN CIQI fellow will be gain experience in:
- QI Methodology (IHI Model) and the CHNC QI Project Life Cycle
- Leadership, Strategy and Motivation
- Development and implementation of quality measurement and evaluation
- Statistical Process Control
- Scientific writing
- Multi-Center QI collaborative project management
Fellow Requirements:
- Member of a CHNC organization
- Member of TECaN
- Foundational knowledge of quality tools, techniques and analyses
- Participation in leadership of CHNC CIQI project
